We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return period:
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receipt. Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving our return confirmation.
Condition of the Product:
Items must be returned in the same condition as when received, including all original labels, packaging, and any accessories. Items must not be used, worn, or damaged.
The security tag must remain attached to the product and cannot be removed or reattached. Once the security tag has been removed, the item is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for return.
Own Responsibility for Returns:
The customer is responsible for returning the item and for any associated shipping costs. We strongly recommend sending the return shipment insured and traceable to ensure it is well protected during transport.
Cavan cannot be held liable for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit. If a return does not reach us, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.
Return process:
- Request a return: Send an email to hello@cavanpreloved.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Return approval: You will receive confirmation by email indicating whether your return request has been approved or declined as soon as possible.

Return shipment: If your return request is approved, please send the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving our return confirmation, using the original packaging. Ensure the package is properly packed and send it to the return address provided.
We recommend sending the return shipment insured and traceable. All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. - Confirmation of receipt: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.
Refund process:
- Processing time: Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
- Refund method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
